OSW cards from this weekend

Here are some of the OSW sets from a few of the gals who attended the class. Everyone chose different patterned paper and added their own touches to the cards. The main stamp set used was Fun & Fast Notes. You can see the original post about this class here.

February Stamp Club

By request, here are the cards we made at our February stamp clubs. All supplies are SU! unless otherwise noted.

This first card is cased from this card on SCS. It uses A Beautiful Thing stamp set. Colors are purely pomegranate, basic black, whisper white, and kraft. Scallop is made with the slit punch.
This card was made with the Happy Heart Day set. Colors are basic gray and pretty in pink. The butterfly is colored in with a white gel pen. Then the center part of the butterfly is colored in with a pretty in pink marker. Glitter is applied with two-way glue. The pink hearts have glitter as well. I used this card from SCS and just modified it a little.

This card uses the Always set, which I LOVE! The heart is stamped in real red. There's a build-a-brad on the heart using one of the small flower images from the set. Colors are real red, chocolate chip, and river rock. My card was cased from this card on SCS.

March Technique Class

These are the two cards we will be making for March's Technique class. It's the Chalkboard technique. You can find Beate's tutorial here. The circle card is one I copied almost exactly from this card. The other card was inpired by this card. All supplies are SU!. The circle card was cut using my coluzzle circle cutter. Cardstock is groovy guava and basic black. The flower images come from the Always stamp set, which I absolutely LOVE! The thank you greeting is from the All Holidays set. The card is finished off with a bow tied with black gingham ribbon. The other card uses the same chalkboard technique. The card base is standard 4.25" x 5.5" in wild wasabi. It opens from the bottom. Layered on top of that is a 4" x 3" piece of apricot appeal prints designer series paper from SU!'s hostess paper pack. The main images are stamped with the Garden Whimsy set. The greeting is from a current Sale-a-Bration set called Lots of Thoughts. It's stamped with basic black ink on whisper white cardstock, cut out with a 1 1/2" circle punch, and layered onto regal rose cardstock punched with SU!'s scallop punch. The ribbon is 5/8" rose grosgrain. If you look closely you can see a row of flowers stamped above the ribbon. This is a row from the Happiness background stamped with wild wasabi ink.

Simply Said March Inspiration

These samples are for my monthly Inspiration Class. The class comes with the stamp set of the month, which for March is Simply Said, and we make 4-6 cards. All of the samples are inspired or sometimes downright CASED from projects I from Splitcoaststampers.

One Sheet Wonder

These are the card layouts for my One Sheet Wonder class. Everyone will choose their own patterned paper, matching cardstock, and embellishments, so their cards will have a totally different look than mine. The layouts are from a OSW pattern I found on Splitcoastsampers by tamfielder . All supplies are SU! I used a piece of double sided paper designer series paper from the Jersey Shore collection and the Fun & Fast Notes stamp set. Colors are wild wasabi, bashful blue, brilliant blue, and pumpkin pie.
