Well, I have another friend who recently got engaged! So, I decided to pull out the same Rubber Soul set and have another go. Here's what I came up with. Patterned paper, ink, and markers are all SU!

Clearly, I have issues with photography and lighting! I'll have to work on that. Any suggestions you have would be helpful.
Also, does anyone know how to create a watermark?

Here's a set of two 3x3 notecards that will be given to work colleagues this week. Stamps are from SU!'s Fun & Fast Notes set. Papers are Pretty in Pink, Pixie Pink, Gable, and Green, and the image is colored with markers using the same colors with the addition of Barely Banana.

First time blogger!

Hello! I'm a stamper and scrapper who sneaks around all over Splitcoaststampers and browses the blogs of my stamping heroes, but I've NEVER even once posted any of my creations. Maybe that's because in my busy little world all I seem to find time to do is CASE. One of my goals for the new year is to try some of the SCS challenges. I know, it's pathetic I've never done that either. Two years and not once have I tried a challenge.

With that said, I want to share with you an engagement card I created for a friend of mine. This card is, of course, CASED from stamping goddess Michelle Wooderson. The main image and sentiment are from Rubber Soul's Love Collection stamp set. The flower is SU! pretties colored with Pretty in Pink classic ink and an aqua painter. Image is collered with SU! markers. Ribbon and pattern paper are also SU!

Here's another creation. This one is actually one I came up with myself. We did Secret Santas at my school (I'm an elementary school teacher). I'd had this cute set of candles and such for awhile but wasn't sure what I was going to do with it. Here's what I came up with.
I love this little set. I believe the pattern paper is Crate Paper. The flowers are from a really old stash. I used SU!'s Build-a-Brad for the center of both flowers. I love these brads. You can customize the brads with stamped images or pattern papers. LOVE it!

Well, until next time. Thanks for looking!
